【商汤科技宣布获高通战略投资，“算法+芯片”加速原创AI技术布局】今日AI企业商汤科技宣布获得全球通信巨头高通的战略投资。“算法+芯片”的创新融合将重新定义下一代终端设备的“大脑”。高通副总裁Quinn Li表示：“高通正在加速5G技术在终端侧的布局，提升芯片的AI计算性能。高通战略投资商汤科技将助力商汤科技在AI研发领域更多投入。我们双方不仅有共同的愿景还有共同的客户，双方的合作将打造整合解决方案，降低手机等终端设备厂商部署AI技术的成本，缩短研发周期，进而推动整个终端设备产业的快速升级。” 商汤科技联合创始人、CEO徐立博士表示：“原创AI技术是商汤科技发展的基石，也是帮助上游合作伙伴拓宽下游市场的内核。高通战略投资商汤科技后，将更加充分发挥商汤科技原创AI技术在高通芯片平台上的优势，让更多的终端设备受益于AI技术，加速终端智能化生态的发展。

【上海出台AI发展意见 2020年产业值达1千亿】据报道，上海市经信委会同上海市科委、上海市发展改革委等部门，制订并发布了《关于本市推动新一代人工智能发展的实施意见》。《意见》提出，上海将加快形成以人工智能芯片及传感器、机器人及智能硬件、智能无人系统及软件等为重点的世界级新兴产业集群，到2020年实现人工智能重点产业规模超过1000亿，成为新增长点。到2020年，基本建成人工智能人才高地，培育10家具有相当影响力的人工智能创新标杆企业。上海将着力打造6个人工智能创新应用示范区，形成60个深度应用场景，建设100个以上应用示范项目。
【腾讯出了一套“腾讯字体” 汉字的视觉倾斜度为8°】昨天，腾讯发布了“腾讯字体”，收录6763全形汉字，以及拉丁字母、希腊字母、日文平假名及片假名字母、俄语西里尔字母。这是第一套完整支持GB 2312-80简体中文编码字符标准的“真・斜体”。汉字的视觉倾斜度为8°，辅以一定的视觉修正，内白设计成平衡均匀，中宫也是以平均为主，确保能够像其他中文字型般使用。为了配合中文，拉丁文字的视觉倾斜度为10°。目前腾讯字库不支持对外授权，日后会作为腾讯品牌标识的标准字使用，也可以作为广告宣传，网站的标题等，强化企业形象的塑造。
