5、生物研究员/高级研究员 （3人）
Primary Responsibilities
1）Develop and conduct in vitro (enzyme and cell based assays) and in vivo animal studies to support novel drug discovery and development.
2）Perform molecular and cell biology experiments including western blot, cell proliferation and apoptosis, RT-PCR, realtime PCR, siRNA/shRNA and CRISPR, and FACS etc.
3）Routine cell line culture and maintenance.
4）Hands-on experience with in vivo animal studies is a plus, such as handling mouse samples from tumor xenograft models or primary human blood etc.
5）Prepare and present data presentation to management team or collaborators.
6）Generate, manage, evaluate, and maintain critical data in a highly organized manner. Provide reports for assessment by management.
7）Participate in instrument purchasing and be responsible for equipment maintenance and operation in molecular and cell biology labs.
8）Support other research associates to train the daily experimental activities and instrument operation.
Qualifications
1. Education/training background
Candidate should have a Master or Ph.D. degree in biology, pharmacology or a related field. 1-2 year experience in pharmaceutical or CRO companies is highly desired.
2. Knowledge/Skills:
2.1 Proficient in molecular and cell biology experiments, including western blot, realtime PCR, mammalian cell culture, FACS, siRNA/shRNA and molecular cloning.
2.2 Hands-on experience with cancer related assays, such as proliferation, apoptosis, migration, reporter gene and colony formation assays etc.
2.3 Low to mid throughput screening with enzyme or cell based assays will be a plus.
2.4 Animal work experience is a plus.
2.5 Experience and knowledge in cancer biology and immunology field are preferred.
3. Others:
3.1 Excellent organizational and planning skills in order to meet deadlines and to handle multi tasks.
3.2 Be capable of learning new scientific knowledge and experimental techniques quickly.
3.3 Strong aspiration for drug discovery work, diligent, self-motivated, independent, strong sense of responsibility.
3.4 Be able to record and present results in both Chinese and English.
3.5 Good interpersonal skills for building relationships across functions internally and externally. Effective collaboration with colleagues and partners.
